  10. Best wishes to you all and welcome to a new version of AmigaWorld.

  12. This new version is mostly a data update:  All new figures, Zaire has
  13. become Congo again, Hong Kong is Chinese -- and AmigaWorld knows it all!

  15. Gateway 2000 has purchased Amiga Technologies, so in near future there
  16. will be thousands -- nonsense: millions of new Amigas sold all over the
  17. world ;-)
  18. Until then, I kindly ask those few Amigans still alive and kicking to
  19. become a registered user of this program if you like to use it.

  21. 'Cos developing such a program and keeping the data up-to-date is
  22. quite an enormous job, and enormous jobs only make fun if you get
  23. some feed-back, especially in the form of *M*O*N*E*Y*
  24. Yes, this approach is capitalistic but after all:  We live in a
  25. capitalist world!  And there's only one way to know the hard facts
  26. about this world:  Using AmigaWorld!  So stuff some bank notes into
  27. an envelope, send it to your registration site right now and get a
  28. keyfile for this wonderful software.

  30. If you are already a registered user of AmigaWorld 5.0 or better, then
  31. you already have a keyfile:  You can enjoy all the features of this
  32. new version but you might have to copy your keyfile to the "s:" drawer
  33. first if it's not already there.

  35. Registered users of AmigaWorld 4.41 and older please have a look at
  36. the English file "Registration.asc" on where to get a keyfile for a
  37. reduced price.

  44. Seid gegrüßt und willkommen zu einer neuen Version von AmigaWorld.

  46. Diese neue Version ist in erster Linie ein Daten-Update:  Aktualisierte
  47. Zahlen, Zaire heißt wieder Kongo, Hong Kong ist chinesisch geworden --
  48. und all das weiß AmigaWorld!  Und das auch noch in neuer Rechtschreibung.
  49. (Man fasst es kaum, hoffentlich me-
  50.  ckert jetzt keiner von seinem Tron herab!)

  52. Gateway 2000 hat Amiga Technologies aufgekauft, so dass in naher Zeit
  53. Tausende -- quatsch: Millionen neue Amigas verkauft sein werden ;-)
  54. Bis dahin kann ich die paar Amiganer, die noch unterwegs sind, nur
  55. bitten, sich für dieses Programm zu registrieren, wenn es Euch gefällt.

  57. Denn die Weiterentwicklung dieses Programmes und das Auf-dem-neuesten-
  58. Stand-halten der Daten ist zeitaufwendig, und das macht nur Spaß, wenn
  59. man ab und zu mal dafür gelobt wird, besonders in Form von *G*E*L*D*
  60. Zugegeben, das ist eine sehr kapitalistische Sichtweise, aber schließ-
  61. lich leben wir in einer kapitalistischen Welt.  Und es gibt nur einen
  62. Weg, die harten Fakten über diese Welt kennenzulernen:  AmigaWorld
  63. einschalten!  Also schickt noch heute Eure Registrierung los, dann
  64. bekommt Ihr ein Keyfile für dieses wunderbare Programm.

  66. Ein großer Dank an die wenigen, die sich bereits für AmigaWorld 5 haben
  67. registrieren lassen.  Natürlich könnt ihr durch Euer Keyfile auch alle
  68. Funktionen dieser neuen Version nutzen -- viel Spaß damit.  Es kann aller-
  69. dings sein, dass Ihr das Keyfile erst mal in das "s:"-Verzeichnis kopieren
  70. müsst, wenn es noch nicht dort ist.

  73. "Registration.asc";  Ihr könnt ein Keyfile zum Sonderpreis bestellen.
